The Voluntary Action Center will be Rock County and the Stateline area's primary catalyst for connecting volunteer efforts with a broad base of community needs.

 The Voluntary Action Center will serve as a clearing house for volunteer efforts; provide education, training, and technical assistance to community based organizations and volunteers and will collaborate with others to address community issues.
